Being a confident and outspoken individual, she stood by her desire to become an artist and pursued the goals she had set. It wasn't easy initially and faced a number of obstacles before receiving her first big break. The majority of her music was rejected before she got signed by the 'Capitol Records. The second studio album 'One Of The Boys' turned out to be an enormous success which marked a major turning point for her music career. So, her career as a performer was launched. Her next album, "Teenage Dreams', became a hit with music fans as well as one of the most popular albums in the history of music. Katy Perry was firmly established as a performer thanks to the record-breaking album. Perry's charity work is not simply attributed to her song author and performer as well as the many records she has recorded. Perry is a gay rights activist.
